On Nov. 22nd, 2019 the technician from Momentum AC was working in my house and charged my credit card for the amount of $250. I asked him to send me the invoice for service rendered but I did not get it. Could you send me the invoice?

Good day Ms. Frudakis, Thank you for your comment. Just to clarify, in the 4 years that we have serviced your 5 properties we have always received signed or verbal approvals from you for all of the work that was completed. We work with over 17 other property management companies in the area and over 3,000 residential customers every year and have never had any issues like we have with you. We are a honest and loyal company. We have had a lot of patience with you over the years and have always respected you as a customer. Even though every time we have serviced one of your properties we have had to chase you for months to receive payment. This last invoice took over a year to be paid. Even after that we were still willing to work with you. Due to the issues with payment being received late we did ask you to provide a credit card before we did the work so that way we could ensure timely payment. We do hope you find a HVAC company that meets your standards. We wish you good luck!

I get this the same thing happened to me your lucky my bill was 700 owners need to wake up ruining their brand can’t treat your customers like your employees do happy to read others are experiencing the same issues as I have and when you try to communicate to owners they take the employees side my question is who really ownes Momentum AC Daniel Or employees because the sales customer service department is aggressively effecting the company value and brand that is the same reason I fid not want to just give credit card prior to work being done and what did sakes customer service department do but tell Text me to find another AC company they did not want my business anymore after 4 years of loyalty to this company thank you for opening up my eyes you are the wrong company to put my trust in
