Stopped in when I visited Tampa and the staff were fantastic! The fabric selection was smaller than I expected but I was able to find all that I needed for my pattern.The staff member who assisted me (I've forgotten her name) went above and beyond when helping me fabric selection. I would definitely recommend this shop when in town.

While this store is farther for me in Carrollwood, it was beyond worth the drive! From my initial phone call to ask if they serviced my embroidery machine, to pick up, they more than surpassed my expectations! I can’t say enough fantastic things about the experience especially with Mike. He personally called me to discuss necessary & optional repairs to my machine, as well as, spending time at pick up to review his service & recommendations. Not a single push for anything in this store but enthusiasm to love my hobby & expertise in helping me achieve my best work! I am a customer for life & so thankful I passed on the closer (and much ruder) store for service of my DZ30E (twin to PE-770). I promise you won’t be disappointed & you will be WOW’ed!

Wonderful selection of sewing threads and accessories. Smaller selection of fabric, but they did have a good amount of batiks and Kaffe Fassett. One of the best (Baby Lock) sewing machine stores I have seen. Tons of different feet on display. Large space with classrooms in back. Loved my visit!

Yes if parts are available for needed repairs.
You have to wear a mask in both of our locations. We are sanitizing and social distancing. We can also make an appointment for you to shop after hours if you have any concerns about being around people. Please call either store to arrange private shopping.

I am not certain if they do, but I can definitely say go see them♥️ This is a certified location with very knowledgeable staff/owner. They know what they are doing and they are kind as well♥️
If that is a household machine, we certainly do. The only machines we don't repair are commercial machines. Thank you!
Yes, I teach the sewing basics class in Largo and Robin teaches in Tampa. It is a 4 hour class for $40, just check calendar online kmisinc.com
Do you mean babylock? If yes, KMIS is a babylock dealer so they would be able to offer repairs.
