Yes they can. You can bring it in on a flash drive and they'll print it for a fee.
If you don't have a flashdrive and can't email your stuff for instance, they have an on-site computer you can use. You can access your email and print what needs to be printed for a fee, which is usually like $0.15 cents per page.
Or you can email the pdf file to the customer service rep in the printing dept if you don't have a flash drive
