Tops Vacuum on Manatee Avenue, in Bradenton; (Joe) sold me the Dream Machine, Innovis and I am very happy with this amazing machine. I have had Husqvarna’s for the past 28 years. It took a lot of convincing to change my mind. He was persistent on putting a great package together for me. But, I was a little disappointed with his response a month later when I inquired about a tune up on my serger; He responded with we will fit you in, in a month or so. Guess I will take my serger to St Petersburg for a tune up.

I too wish you could give a zero rating! I took my Elna DC Pro 5 serger to them for repairs. The machine is 25 years old, but is a work horse. When I was contacted with what was supposed to be the estimate for repairs, I was told I should buy a new machine as mine was too old to get parts for. It was obvious to me that they had never even examined my machine! To make matters worse, after a quick search on the internet, I found all kinds of parts and an on-line tech to guide me through the repairs!! Stay away from this shop, it's a scam to get you to buy their new over priced machines!!!

Absolutely cavalier customer service. They don't stand behind their products or repairs. The guy cares more about selling another product which is always his answer to any complaint. He sold the original vacuum and it has had to be repaired for the same exact thing three times just this year. I have had my own vacuum for over 10 years and only had one service and it runs great. I feel like he thinks it is a big joke that he is the exclusive dealer for my clients vacuum and he sold it ams has to keep repairing all the way to pad his bank account. I will never take my own business there and I have plenty of it owning four sewing machines that I keep serviced regularly. I will also never recommend this location to anyone. I really cannot see how anyone would want to be treated this way by any business.
