Yes they do
As many have said, some do and some don't. There also is a remodeled part and an "old" part. The old is not what you'd expect from a time share condo. Ours did not even have a full stove, it had a convection oven. You're staying there for the outstanding location though so it's still better than a hotel. Just be aware of what you could be getting. We were used to their spacious Orlando properties and this was definitely not like those.
Not all of them, you have to choose when you are booking the place. I stayed in a 2 bedroom with ocean view!
I have been in a 2 bedroom with no view of the ocean so not all do. The rooms that are on the backside have a clear view of the side of a hill or retaining wall. It is not terrible but if you expect an ocean view you will be dissapointed. From speaking with the people there I was told that to get an ocean view book your room early, request an ocean view, and arrive early (and don't expect to get one if checking in Saturday). When I was there with family the rooms were OK even with the back view (they had some construction so our view I UT the windows was of a tarp). The pool is great. Overall not a 5 star place but has some amenities that are really nice (pool, staff, bbq, location, bikes, view, ect.) and some just OK (parking, unlucky view, elevator). There is a good Chance you will enjoy your stay.

You have to request it and arrive as early as allowed some face the mountain and its a dull view
