I would order it 24 to 48 hours a head of time to be safe. You can pick a cake out yhats already made and have something written on it while you shop.

If you want something written on any cake, that can be done when you're there. But if you need something baked and decorated like out of their Bakery Book, then I'm pretty sure it's a 24 hour notice minimum. Although, I wouldn't wait that long because there may be others ahead of yours. So to be safe, I'd do like 48 hours.
Probably 12pm for same day but you'll have to call them to find out the exact time
