Ayer residents are still free, but you only pay when there is a gatekeeper there, which only appears to be during the busier days/times of the summer
When the lifeguards are on duty they will ask you at the gate if you are an Ayer resident, if you are not, they will ask you to pay $5 per person, cash or check.
No charge, people living in town use the parking area, parking on street near there
It's a public park. You don't have to pay anything.
