It's probably not the best idea in my opinion. I've seen a toddler on the bouldering wall once or twice, with a parent spotting them very carefully. I'm not sure what CRG's policy is on it though; consider calling and asking.

Yes it is. As long as you supervise your kid it's fine and they'll have a good time
An unsupervised 2 year old would likely get hurt or worse, cause someone else to get hurt. None of the climbers are looking for a small person running around. I've seen infants at CRG but they were confined to carriers. Any kid running around below the age of 12 makes me nervous.
Nah, definitely not. You'd be better off taking the kid to one of the parks along the Charles. Several have those kid-friendly boulders with easy rock climbing holds.
