Worst experience ever. My first time there. I wanted my toe nails cut and filed a certain way after Nancy tried it. I explained again. She got upset and left and said someone else will do it. Rude customer service and attitude. Totally unacceptable. Will never go back there.

Wow! First time going and the place was clean, well kept and very serene. I got a pedicure with someone (can’t remember her name) and she was very meticulous with my cuticles which I appreciated but was a little stingy on the massaging and exfoliating. Kevin (I think was his name) did my dip ombré nails and he SLAYED them. I have never written a review before and this place deserves it. I was sitting there itching to book my appointments for the rest of the summer.

I can’t recommend soho nails enough! I just moved to Watertown in April and came across this place from the reviews on google. All of the staff are truly so nice take the time to make sure your nails are perfect. Ken usually does my dip manicures, and he’s phenomenal, but everyone there is also amazing. When I make appointments, I am pretty much always taken right on time. I have basically brought all of my friends there with me! It’s also very clean. Highly recommend. I love soho nails! These pictures are some of the dip manicures I have gotten there.

Went there for the first time after renovation, the place looks nice and clean. The stuff is super nice. I went in without appointment, had to wait about half hour, which was fine , she let me know exactly how long the wait would be. I liked that they didn’t rush to finish with the sitting customers. The only problem i have though, I wish they wash their hands in between the customers. Or may be use gloves, so they can change the gloves and not wash their hands. 8/16/21 Not sure how long a regular manicure is supposed to last , but it didn’t last 2 full days :( and still no gloves, no washing hands before taking a client
