Potential buyers BEWARE! I was going to buy a Jayco Whitehawk from here but they were dragging their feet and saying it was going to be months until they could get it ordered. So I went else where… I found one in Fargo that we loved and ended purchasing it from there. Well now we have warranty work on this camper that we would have liked corral sales to do since we live in Bismarck. I called there yesterday and I believe it was a Ryan that I spoke with… he basically told me to “kick rocks” and didn’t want to deal with it. He asked how much work we had and I told him that there was a laundry list of items but the biggest issue was a water leak. He “highly advices” me to go to Fargo where we bought it and have them fix it and said that it would be “ a long time” till we would be able to get it in at corral. I understand that we didn’t buy from corrall and we wouldn’t be on their priority list but absolutely CANNOT refuse to work on a product that they are a dealer of. He was so rude that I did speak with the owner of corral and I did file a complaint with Jayco. Think twice from buying from them if you are going to have work done from them.

Just the fact - you be the judge. I took my 2021 Class C motorhome in because one of the slides was drifting out while I was driving down the hwy. They graciously saw me since I was traveling and spending a week in Mandan with a brother. Problem was the driveshaft on one of the slide motors had disconnected with the slide. My motorhome stayed parked and unused for the rest of the week and on Monday I drove to MN. When I wanted to set up neither slide worked. The slide fuse was blown and a replacement blows immediately. I should not have needed to check the slide when I picked it up after Corral fixed the slide, but the first time I tried to use it the slides no longer work - coincidence??? maybe, but ...

Had problems with the 5th front jacks They were able to see me within 2 days. They diagnosed the problem as a lubrication issue and so they drilled holes in the motor gearbox and both jacks. Inspected further and saw no problems, so they lubed everything. Another dealer may have wanted to replace the jacks instead of lubrication, which would have cost a fortune. The jacks work better than ever. My hats off to Corey and Jim for doing a fantastic job.
