They replaced my upper control arms which fixed the squeak. The downside is it's location, I hate having to drive into Watertown. Tesla please put a service center in Nashua, Tyngsboro or Lowell.

Tesla Service Center Waltham Tesla Model 3 towed after tire puncture on expressway south in Dorchester near exit 14 Columbia rd. Wow, service, courtesy exceptional, also addressed water condensation in left rear tail light so I am delighted with my first visit to a Tesla Service Center

Difficult to drive to and from but organized and clean. No paperwork. Two sentences with service advisor… everything was done in the app or SMS. The tire was $50 more than elsewhere.

Flat tire. Took four days to get car back. Never offered a loaner. Only brought in car to change tire when we arrived. Tow truck was not an issue although they promised to call but called wrong number. Location is terrible.

There are all sorts of warnings on my dashboard: Power Reduced Front Motor temporarily disabled; Auto Emergency Braking disabled, Stability Control disabled, ...plus 4 more. While I have a service appointment for next wk, is it really safe to drive?

In your Tesla app go to roadside assistance and tell them your issues. This is a public review site for the service center in Watertown, it's not support.

Is it possible to drop off and pick up a car after hours, or is their car lot locked up when they are not open?

They have a lock box where you can drop the keys. The lot is not spacious.

I bought a winter tire and wheel package thru Tesla website 2 years ago. Tires are Pirelli Sottozero 3. Ran them two seasons, 16k miles. During mounting for 3rd season found 3 tires had blisters rdd s on the side walls and were serviceable. Had to buy a complete new set of 4. Bad batch?

Are you able to swap out my summer for winter tires if I have the new (winter) tires shipped to you?

Help! My $100 park pass slide behind the center console! How was I to know there was a slit there? Is there any way to retrieve it? I just bought this 2019 model S a month ago and now am up in Bar Harbor ME.

You can remove the center console if you have a flat head screwdriver or flat pry bar. If u have internet access look on YouTube

My car tells me that the "tire pressure system needs service". Can I drive it before I accomplish the impossible, i.e. reaching Tesla service?
