I am in the same situation. Leaving next Sunday. I even paid for expedited services on 5/6/21. Sent in 3 and got 2 back within a few weeks. For some reason my 9 year olds is mysteriously missing. Very interesting coincidence
You should have the traveling ticket ready, and the confirmation number so they can make the appointment for you. To do that you need to keep calling until they reach out to you. Once they do let them know your emergency and I hope they fix it for you. All the luck.
