The door says they open the 7 o'clock and there was No employee inside or out and the parking lot empty . We sat there for almost Almost 20 minutes No one ever showed up 3 customers also left. Why did no one show up for opening?

Likely due to COVID restrictions in 2020. Everywhere got worse, before it got better !

Today is the second time(first time was 2 weeks ago) that we showed up for breakfast and the door was locked.... first time it was 7:10 am this time it was 7:28 am, as you said door says it opens at 7. Unacceptable! Soo annoyed... oh yeah, both times there was one car, looked like it was in the employee parking area and this time we called the restaurant and no answer but lights are on?

I just called again at 8:07 someone was finally there and they said are still going to be another 15 minutes before the open. Hour 1/2 late and lost sales. Good job!
