I agree with Nicholas. Aldi has wonderful, inexorably stuff, and many items that I find unusual, but you just have to go and shop there to see if it meets your needs. I recommend it. You will probably have better luck shopping online for pickled cauliflower (sounds interesting!)
You never know what they will have. They do have staple items and some great prices. The best thing to do is stop by and see.
It's hard to say, and every location is different, depending on what is popular in that area. Aldi's is a great store for inexpensive staple items, but specialty items are hit-or-miss. Our family typically goes there first, and we get as much on our list as we can, and then go to a larger store for the rest.
