Hi, I was wondering that myself too. I just called and they did have some availability for just 2 nights. I asked about 2 nights for the following week. So I would call to ask if they have 2 nights available the time you are looking to go! :)
On season they require 3 night min. Off season they allow one and two night stays
3 nights minimum during pick season
They require 3 nights most weekends during the season.
