Depending on the time of day this lot may be full and the overflow lot does not allow overnight parking. If it is in the later afternoon you are not likely to get a spot though
Yes, you need to download the "pay by phone" app on your phone. There is a green and white sign at the parking lot entrance with a location code and directions to pay. You'll need a credit card and know your license plate number as well. You can choose how many days you'd like to park for up to 14 days max.
