I have been shopping at Union for many years. I live closer to other bike shops but go to this one. Always great service and they answer every question. Recently had an issue with my Bike and the team at Union worked real hard to get it all figured out and back on the trail quickly. I highly recommend this bicycle shop for repairs and shopping! Update: Ron and Tim save the day! I had an old wheel that was no longer supported fail. Went to 3 different shops no one had the time to take on the work. Not the case at Union. They found me a new wheel and got my bike back to me super fast. Thank you!!!

Every time I go to Union Cycle, I am met with the absolute best customer service. As I am a novice, they always take a little extra time to answer my questions and explain mechanics/maintenance of road bikes. They are truly passionate and experts in what they do. Seriously would give them 6 stars if I could. If you live in the area and have bicycle needs, this is the place you need to go!!
