Why is kitchen closed at 830p on Sunday nite? Is this the usual schedule? Thank You

They normally close at 9 p.m. on Sundays for the kitchen close a half an hour early,

This might be the policy by new management, why run competition with your self... close the relatively cheaper kitchen and leave the high end one open...dollars making business sense. That is my two cents...
