I would say you're better off going to Joann Fabrics.. Also check on Amazon and put in a search for luggage strap buckles.. You will get a bunch of results.
I don't know if you can find that at Michaels but your best bet would probably be Home Depot or Lowe's
We sell buckles, but I'm not sure if they could be used for straps on luggage. They might be too big, I'm not sure.
