Cannot speak for hearing aids however, the VA does pay for a new pair of glasses about every two years or if your prescription has significantly changed. Expect to pay for extras like Transition yourself. All considered, you can't beat the price. As mentioned in earlier reviews, you do need to be enrolled in the VA's Health Care System.

I'm sorry I'm not a hundred percent sure but I only do the construction and outside of the building I don't know what's going on inside I assume so it is a hospital and it does to prescriptions so I can only assume so you may need to call them and find out
You no longer need an appt for Opthalmology or Audiology. Walk ins are welcome but you still can make an appt if you prefer. Alos, consult from primary care doctor is no longer needed.
First you must be a veteran or dependent eligible and yes hearing aids hearing test and glasses are provided they now include transitional lenses if you're over certain percent service-connected disability
I'm told they have a walk-in hearing clinic and that you can get hearing aids there.
