Beautiful historical park. Next door to Bay Pines Veterans Hospital. Boat Ramp with lots of parking (compared to what to use to be), beautiful little areas to set up for the day throughout whole park, kayak/canoe/paddle board loading in park thus you stay close to the park, mangroves, etc. & not in the channel. Also, historical war tank, among a few other items, info boards of animals & plants within the park, invasive or natural to Florida.

Car wash on Seminole Blvd not far from it.
I was there last weekend and didnt have a problem. Got right in and when we were docking no one was waiting either. This weekend may be busy cause Clearwater has the boat races. That's probably going to drive some volume
