It depends on weather. If the weather is bad they won't able to continue their tour as the boat is too small. It happened to us in the summer of 2017. Our boat almost sank but somehow the operator managed to get out of the situation.
I've tried to cancel our trip for Thursday. Too cold for our granddaughter. They've been closed for two days and I'm trying to give my 24 hour notice so I won't lose my money. Any suggestions?
