We just got back from staying in 18. The room was cute, and towels were stocked. Wish there would have been a stove in the unit. The reason not given a 5 star is because the neighbor next to us, threw my sons swim things on the ground of the balcony and took the chair his things were hanging on. We also had money come up missing. Maybe same ppl took it. Make sure everything is locked. A safe in the room would be nice, as most people don't take purses or money to the beach.

Nice small building with around 20 units or so all rented daily weekly or monthly limited parking with on-street parking for guests located next to the Clearwater Yacht Club and the southern end of Clearwater Beach near the bridge to Sand Key nice views of the Intercoastal Waterway and overall clean and well maintained with elevator service to each floor

We would definitely stay here again. It's not as crowded as the beach area. Short walk to good food, and just over the bridge is a really nice park (Sand Key Park). My only complaint is our unit #14 a/c was a little weak and there is not a second lock for the door like a slide lock.

Stayed in #14 for the weekend. Very clean unit. The pool was right out the back door. The sheets and towels were clean and soft. The bed was a Queen and not too bad. It was a bit too soft and springy for us, but really not that bad. It has just a shower, no bath. There was plenty of hot water and the shower head was decent. This place is super close to the beach. You can walk or take the trolley. The unit had some beach paraphernalia you could borrow, which was super nice. Nice place to stay for vacation.
