It is still illegal with the Federal Government. Sorry but the state of Florida has legalized some use but NO flowers. Law is still pretty ambiguous though if you qualify you may apply and receive a Medical Marijuana card buy only for oils for vape or topical.
The va can not stop you and it’s recomended to let them know. They passed laws to help vets with this recently.
