When I take my son's there we signed in but as soon as I walk in I ask how long then sign in. They do appointments for a fee which is ridiculous

After I get ignored four times I tend to not ask questions. How exactly does one call ahead to someone they don't know? How do you ask for someone if you don't get the chance to know them. I've been there a couple of times and had different barbers, but never got to know one well enough to say " I want so and so..." it's piss poor customer service to tell someone they are next then skip them several times.
You should call ahead even b4 you get there. They kinda leave walk in people till the end. Good barbers not to good sistem but it's good to have 1 barber in mind and you'll be good
did those cats have appointments?
I dont know it was a invite that they came and did for us with my job. Did u ask anyone why
