I wanted to workout on my vacation. Before my vacation I called two days before my visit and I spoke with Kevin and Johnny. We agree to a plan that crunch offer. When I visited this crunch I spoke with Johnny and everything was okay until max jump in our conversation and block the transaction. I was very upset with this. I waited for two days then call crunch up and spoke with Alexa . She was very rude with me and then stated Kevin and Johnny didn’t know what they was talking about. This crunch get a zero with customer service. If you are reading this go somewhere else.

I Love the equipment but the Zumba classes in the morning also need improvement. The previous instructors were excellent and I don't know what happened over the years. Management needs to find better instructors and not let favoritism take over. They used to have outstanding instructors and I'm definitely just being honest.

I love Crunch. I can't wait to get back to it. Haven't been able to go because of shoulder surgery. I wonder if they have a bungee fitness for overweight people? I understand there has been new people since I left, hope the new people are nice and have a sense of humor. 😃

The atmosphere at this gym makes me feel very comfortable despite being at a very basic fitness level. When I walk in something about it just makes me motivate to push. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. It's clean. There are also several stations that allow you to wipe down the equipment. The BEST part is my trainer, Denzel! He helps me KILL it, boosts my fitness confidence yet doesn't let me take it easy on myself.
