Gluten free choices?

I believe the soy sauce contains gluten.

Yes, they have gluten free choices. Sashimi and sushi. The Japanese are more into rice which I believe has no gluten. (Isn't that from wheat grains?) I'm not gluten challenged so I'm not certain.
