They call them chimichuri sauces. The green one is mild and the yellow one is spicy. They make them there at the restaurant.
It is a restaurant, super good, comfortable and the owner and all the staff are very friendly and the food super rich.
These were not offered to us, we saw other tables get them & when we asked the waitress about them she was irritated by the inquiry.
