I don't have a fishing license. But I just want to take my 2 kids(5yo and 11yo) fishing somewhere. We only have cane poles and live bait. Would there be a problem if I came here?

You need a fishing license regardless of how or what you're fishing. Your children will not need one as they can piggyback off yours.
