They have just recently change that rule as well. It's now two weeks first and if you have compiled with all the rules can sign up for only 4 months now
No there is no lease and if your in a camper you can stay up to 6 months and if your in a tent it's only 14 days to stay
I've camped there several times, and they restricted it to 14 days and after that you have to leave for a minimum of 2 days. Then you can return unless you fill out and interview with supervisor for variance.. They don't have full hook up.
You'd have to call the park for those details but I think you can stay for 4 months
