If I need to come in because my job says i have to to avoid a write up for being sick is there a way I don't have a thousand dollar bill? I have no health insurance and can't afford an er visit and my job won't pay for it.

They have financial assistance available. All you need to do is fill out an application. They'll work with you. If you gotta go...go! Your health is not worth a bill. It took me a long time to realize that but, I filled out the financial aid form & I have not had to pay anything. Good luck.

The ER is never the place to go if you have a mild illness. It will take for ever and will cost you a lot. A better alternative is a walk in clinic. Then negotiate the price before you are seen
