Absolutely horrible. My wife wanted a pair of nice diamond earrings. Ofcourse because of covid supposedly they want to close their doors early on a saturday night. We walked in and were not really welcomed because they were closing in ten minutes. The sales lady asked what we wanted, and showed us the most expensive pair of earrings she had, since my wife didnt like them, we were told to come back another day. I was floored at this response. I guess they only want to help you if you buy what they want to sell you. Horrible

Don't buy their fake jewelry!! My husband paid over $2000 for my ring, It was supposed to be solid platinum. I found out later that it is platinum plated over yellow gold. Now it just looks like a fake ring!! It's sad that I don't wear my wedding ring anymore because of how it looks.
