I pay $900.66 a month. They raise the lot rent every year up to 6%.
There are about a dozen different lot rents. Lowest is for a lot backed by a fence or another lot, next is a corner lot, then one with a lake view ( no lake frontage ) and the highest has lake or Harbor frontage. Hope this helps.
