Lot rent depends on size, waterfront with dock vs small cramped spot in cluster of mobil homes.. you do the math. Water/sewer between 15 & 35. Fair price for location.. Shop around, prices rise as you get closer to resorts, and theme parks.
Our rent is $460 (including garbage)with water being around $30 .
Depends if u buy ur mobile home. Water is not included.
