Simply this...if you want new sheets daily and you dont mind putting them on yourself then they will be gladly to give them to you. If you request room service to do it then its done every Thursday.
I think if you want them done daily they will do it
When I stayed there the policy was once every 2 days. That was put on the door along with other policies. It may be once every 2 days unless a new guest is coming in.
