Why are the hobos allowed to camp there over night. We got there every morning and evening and see about 10 of them there all the time. They light fires and you can see burnt paper, broken branches in at least 3 of the pavilions, police are needed!.

I worked at this park for a year. There are places to sleep if you are really without any other resources. We're talking in brush with snakes and wild animals all around you. Most visitors prefer to be under a roof.

I dont know that they are "allowed" to. Might just be that the police are not aware. Have you tried calling them? The police that is....not the hobos...

You would need to submit a written complaint to the city hall. Hopefully others will do the same.
