Reasonably good gym. However, the business is very deceptive — verging dishonest — in its billing practices. For example, the gym requires you to cancel 10 days prior to the next billing cycle, and I was not informed of this policy when signing up...

...In addition, the gym will not allow you to cancel via phone call, and even if you call before the 10 day deadline, then they still do not take that into account. When calling them afterword to try to get my money back, management didn’t do anything to help and instead chose to enforce these deceptive and borderline morally unethical rules. Again, good gym, but would NOT recomment to any friend due to their deceptive billing practices.

What are there policy for under age with out parent consent .

All gyms have these types of rules. Crunch is easy and fair with their business practices.

Obviously not because they didn’t inform me and now I have to pay for three months for not even attending this terrible gym... wow
