Just had my appointment today, front desk girls were so lovely. Checking in and checking out helped me out a lot. I’m new here just moved from CT so I’m trying to establish all new doctors. I feel like my appointment was very quick with the doctor herself. I don’t really feel like much was really addressed other than getting referred to other specialists. I really don’t know if her and the nurse thought I was a hypochondriac or something but I left uneasy. I’ll go to the specialists as requested because I do need them, But I do feel like I got no where at this appointment. No routine physical stuff was ordered like bloodwork or anything. Update (1 year later) I changed my primary to Ashley, she was wonderful seemed to listen to me and addressed all my concerns. I’m now pregnant so I’ve moved on to other specialists in the mean time, but I’m happy to of finally found a good match. I do have to say it is harder to get a hold of the office now. It goes to a call center so it makes it a little more difficult.

First I was overcharged. Nobody returned my calls. When I tried to pre register for my second appointment, I was unable. I was early for my blood draw. Nobody there. I waited 30 minutes to be told there was no order. Why did I receive calls to remind me of the appointment? Too many mistakes

The doctors are amazing at this practice but the receptionists are extremely unprofessional and rude. There is one good receptionist however but the rest will straight up ignore you and talk to each other as you are waiting for help. One particular receptionist whose name I couldn’t see had no clue what to do, even scolded me and made me feel belittled because she “didnt know what to do” to help me with my particular situation. All she did was stall, act like i wasnt there, and chatted with another receptionist until finally deciding to ask for help from a manager. She asked questions with a rude tone and replied with horrible attitude, she does not belong in healthcare if she likes to treat patients seeking help as an inconvenience just because it’s almost 5 o clock. Worst experience I’ve ever dealt with in a healthcare setting. Train your receptionists better.
