Is this restaurant really worth eating out it seems like they never have enough staff or chef/cook. It seems like always advertising for help it seems like to me. Do you agree?

It's a really nice place to eat with a decent atmosphere. They make solid food with not too many frills. The place does have staffing issues, but when compared to other breakfast joints like IHOP or Denny's, this place is far superior for quality and value. The fact that this local dig isn't a chain, means that it's a better option. Local businesses and local owners are a win on their own. When you take the quality, the local owners and the atmosphere, this place is pretty good. The staff they have is always on point, but they do need to backfill a few positions. It's a tough world on non chain restaurants. I hope Billie's is around a lot longer. But everyone is entitled to their own opinion. If you haven't been, try it. If you have and didn't enjoy it, there's always IHOP and Denny's.

We had a poker run end at this location. A large one. They were able to accommodate all the riders. Staff was great. Food was great, didn’t seem like the regular bar food ether.
