We had our brunch there on a Saturday morning and it was first thing with not that many customers. It took about 15min to get our order - hope this helps
Speed of service rests on a lot of variables. How busy we are, how quickly your party is ready to order, etc. If you arrive early and ready to order, you should be in good shape.
