The chapel is open from 5:30 am to 5:00 pm. There is mass at 7:00 am, and Liturgy of the Hours at various times throughout the day. This is a cloistered monastery, so the chapel is divided and you can't really see the sisters, but you can hear their prayers and singing. It's a peaceful and beautiful place.
If im not mistaken, there is a mass everyday at 7am that everyone are welcome to attend. Hope that helps..
