I am a 71 yr old Vietnam Vet who is 100% Disabled - At the end of April, I hope I will be coming from the Philippines to Phoenix for medical treatment - can I get someone to help me get from one terminal to another for an ongoing flight to Phoenix?

The USO isn't located inside any terminal. It would be very difficult for them to assist you and, in fact, don't have staff to do so. Every airline provides assistants to help you get from place to place.

I believe staff at the airport can assist you. If you are a retiree, the USO might be able to assist, but i think your best bet is to ask for help at the airport. My friend's disabled mother received some help from airline staff recently during her trip to the Philippines.
