Sorry, no. See below. Also, USO LAX may be less than 24/7. Call to be sure. Explain your Status, including if MOH or 100% VA. Ask for the NAME of who advises you. Please leave a donation. Pleae clean up after yourself. Pleae thank VOLUNTEERS. Be safe. Quiet. Respectful. Honorable and Kind.
Actually all answers so far are lacking in one respect or another... The USO is for ACTIVE DUTY and their ACCOMPANYING dependents. HOWEVER, it is USO policy to accommodate retirees and their accompanying dependents on a space available basis. (I, a retiree, have been denied entry because they were expecting 3 bus loads of active duty) Unaccompanied dependents are usually not admitted. However, occasionally I have had someone at the reception desk make an exception... I have assumed it was because they didn't know better. The USO does not store luggage. While they do have room to do so and maybe you could "get away with" leaving your luggage there and going elsewhere, if they were to find out it would be greatly frowned upon. Having said that, if you specifically request it, you may find a kind soul who would agree to watch your stuff for a few minutes.
Not sure if Vets are Allowed. The man at the front denied me access with my retired ID
They cannot access it. The USO is for Vets and their dependents only. No visitors are allowed.
They do have a room to store luggage. They also have lockers available. As to your other question I am not sure, sorry.
