Best steak and service in town. Good wine list, great bar tender and wait staff. No dress code, but it's elegant so you should dress accordingly.

Shirt and tie is not required by this place however you should dress like an adult.
The only dress code that is enforced is for men to have sleeves on their shirts
There wasn't one when I was there. This was a few months ago. It should tell on their website if they have one now.
