I just made a state move from IL and my primary VA hospital was at Hines. I need to schedule an appointment and possibly find a new primary care doctor where can I do this all? I'm afraid to drive all the way out here to just wait at the wrong area.

Your best bet is to go to the Loma Linda site it house the emergency room and the admin stuff. You can also call them to get transferred. The phone system here is pretty quick to pick up and they will direct you to the right department and get you set up with an appt
