Everytime I come by this place, the line is insanely long. What's the better time/date to come? Thank you. I understand that this is a super popular restaurant.

Before 5:30 or 6 pm. Put your name on the waiting list. 20 mins wait. Weeknights are less crowded. It is worth to he wait though.

Joaquin Meza | Sep 2, 2018

Arrive between 5:15 and 5:30p for a fifteen minute wait. I show up at 5 and sign in, go nextdoor have a drink, come back at 5:30 when they open and get seated right away

They're also open pretty late, and my wait has usually been 15 to 20 in the last couple of hours of operation. Even at their busiest the longest I've ever had to wait with two people was 40 minutes. And it looked like it would take much longer with such a long line.
