I ordered a guacamole burger with no lettuce tomatoes or bacon it had all 3 then when I pulled it out of the bag it was so poorly wrapped that it fell into my lap the employe working drive thru was very rude and does not pay attention to orders.

Very clean. The staff very polite. Service was good. The food was nasty, no flavor.

The worst Carl's Jr. Bad cooks. Everytime I ordered my food wasn't cooked to perfection. They can't make a quesadilla. The cheese was still cold. My spicy chicken sandwiches and fries weren't hot and well done. This use to be my 2nd favorite Carl's Jr. I'll give this restaurant 5 stars when I see an improvement.
