Only if it's a special menu night they offer, they usually can seat u right away or with a short wait.
Just depends on the time you plan to attend. You might want to call to inquire but in my opinion the evening service and food is much better since the family is the ones preparing and provide service.
Woundnt hurt to make one
Depending on the night of the week you go, I never have a problem during the week on non holidays
