18 and over in two of the pools Mountain High pool 4 and over can swim from 11 o clock that is an indoor and an outdoor pool
Not sure what rules you're asking about. SCPD is a 55+ community so children under 55 can't live there but can visit. There are age restrictions for younger children using the pools, hot tubs and fitness center. The main desk can answer your specific questions.
