The stores do not want to talk to you on the phone. They want you to go through the call center. This is today's customer service :(
No. If they had a phone number they would actually have to answer it and be forced to help you. So to get around that they outsource it. Plus they felt that the price for a spectrum phone line was too high so they didnt bother getting one
